i have a 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse and it will not start when u get in it and just try to turn it over but if you get in it and turn the key on till all the lights come on and turn it back off and do this a few times then it will start. why is this??????

 

Its hard to read what you wrote...idk sounds like a starter? Also check the wiring to the starter.
