i know its somewhere on the forum but i really dont have the time to look it up b/c i have to up to the audi dealership. but the question is that what do i need to look for on the car? my friend says the car has 135,xxx miles on it. 5-speed. thats all i know.

 

car sounds the same as mine. 95 tsi awd 5 speed with 138k. Well the usual, make sure it shifts well. See if it holds boost, Clutch slippage. white foam on the cams etc

 

check for rust, becuase mine was rusted to ****. Look at all the engine bay for it. Listen for knocking when driving for bad suspension. check the t-case for oil around the seals. Of course look for the signs of crankwalk. Becuase especially at the mileage if the car has been beaten on its a good posibility.
