BTW, I have mine zip tied to a wire bundle. It's electrically connected and not physically grounded by that bolt bracket.

Oh yeah, I'm having fun knocking this issue around in my head. lol
Nah, I love this stuff.
I can't help but think that it is a short in the engine bay...water and electrical components don't play well together.

Ok, its been about 3weeks since car has went to kentucky @ parents.. Was starting to get a little worried so i called today. Dont have EXACT details but here goes. Mechanic wiggled some wires under the hood and car fired right up, ran for about 30secounds then dyed. Wiggled again and did the same thing. Car started then dyed shortly after. Just trying to give them some info.. Could this be a burnt/loose wire? Or loose connector? Also is it possible its a loose connection into a sensor? I dont know what else would cause it to start and run then die shortley after. All in all its good news to me

Stupid question... What light is on the dash, because I'm sure by now, it's thrown at least one. I'm wondering (if possible) the EGR valve may keep it from starting? or even a bad MAF sensor cable?
