Hello, I'm new here and need help with this. My car started overheating the other day so i pulled to the side of the road and when it cooled down a little I tried to start it and it just mad a whiney sound. After a 200 dollar tow home I started messing with it and the battery went dead so I took a cab and got a new battery.(old one wouldnt even charge) when I changed the battery I noticed the ground cable was barely on so I tightened everything back up,tried to start my car and nothing but that noise again.
