i have 98 eclipse got it with 42k on it it has bout 53 now a year later almost when do the timing belts need to be replaced because ive heard if they snap basically there goes the car? if anyone knows please lemme know.. thanks

 

timing belts... 60K and not a mile less... Belt snaps, and your pistons and valves have an unexpected meeting.
