i have a 98 eclipse gs and i want to put a turbo engine in it is it hard to do that or is it as simple as taking the engine out and putting the turbo engine in it. do i have to put motor mounts, computer or tranny ?????
the old engine is gone so im considering the turbo

quick answer....cant get the engine to fit in without alot of metal work and custom mounts. your options are pretty much either turbo the stock engine or buy a turbo car.

 

ya i searched this. its more cost effective to sell your car and buy a turbo'd one. im assuming ur using a 420a motor? same as my car. you have to do alot of fabrication to make the 4g63t fit. if thats the motor ur lookin at.
