Default 98 spyder gs leking oil need help

I have a 98 eclipse spyder gs 2.4L I have oil leaking from my Balance Shaft Tensioner How do i fix it or how much would it cost to get fixed?

gasket. Or oil seal.
Eithr way youre taking the cover off.
Is it the shaft behind the oil pump?

looks like the cambelt has hydraulic tensioner (that grey brown tube bit..?)

so... what's actually leaking? the blue circle bit? and how is it tensioned? looks like that rear belt does drive the oil pump? so the balance shaft is in behind it?

Ya its the blue circle its leaking out the bottom of it. so what exactly is it? and is it an easy fix or should I take it in?

its an idler pulley. Sealed unit, id be surprised if it had oil in it. Bolt on replacement easy enough.
