Default AC COMPRESSOR ...HELP!

i've got a 95 eagle talon, and the ac clutch sounds like a banshee... so i decided to replace the ac compressor while I have the trans. out... BUT!! I need help buying one. There's a remanufactured one on ebay, but it says "this unit is not charged, some retailer's charge a $50 core charge..." The item is only like 50+s&h, but how much would it cost to get it charged? Where would I go? Should I buy another "pre-charged" unit?

thanks!!

Hold on a sec now calm down. The "Charge" they speak of is an OIL charge. Go ahead and get that compressor if it's a good price but you'll need to go to an auto store and buy a POLYOL ESTER oil to charge the compressor with. Which means you'll fill the compressor with the oil befor installation. Once installed you will also have to get the system itself charged which due to EPA regs YOU can't do yourself properly. You can hot shot it but you'll dick your system up again if you do. If you need more help with all this let me know and I'll do what I can.

LOL good luck getting just a clutch. If I'm not mistaken Mitsu always sells it compressor and clutch 1 assembly. I could be wrong but I doubt it. (I am all about some AC work I know a bit about it LOL)
