Default act2100

i decided that im gonna go with act2100 street disc. what do you guys recommend for flywheel applications? do i also need to get a extended slave rod?

i still have a 99 gst lightly modded eclipse[:@].

depends on what you want a alunium flywheel is going to cost alot, may not be resurfacable, but will elminiate alot of rotating mass.

go with a stock lightened flywheel from roadrace. They lighten it down to about 14lbs, but they take all the weight off around the outer areas so it drives like a 10lb flywheel, without the chance of it cracking due to excessive heat. Not to mention, theyre cheap, like $130. 2100 will be fine for a gst, but you could even go with a 2600 if you want, trust me its not a heavier pedal if installed properly, its a light as stock, and will last forever.

and also, DONT buy an extended slave rod. Thats a very dumb thing to do, and can put a lot of stress on your crank bearings. If you need an extended slave rod, that means your clutch pedal is not adjusted properly. There are two things to adjust, the lower and upper arms under the steering column. Most people just adjust the lower arm and then run into this problem.
