Default Another Grumble in exhaust...

Hey guys. Got another problem. I finally fixed that o2 sensor problem. It might be the same problem as Camel3g GT. But i am not sure. He's problem sounds a little different. I think it might be an exhaust leak also. But anyway, when I am driving normal, just cruising along, everything is fine. But when i floor it, it begins to grumble loud and i lose power (it doesnt accelerate). Is this exhaust leak?

Now I have another problem....

I was driving down the road and I heard a BIG POP! Well, my car started to smoke like crazy and my temperature went up. So i was about 5 min away from home, and i had to get it home. So right now its cooling down. I popped the hood and there was antifreeze everywhere. Sebba thinks it might be the head gasket. What do you guys think?

that could be it, also check to make sure all your coolant hoses are tightened where they should be.

Head gasket is probably the right answer....maybe a slight chance of a hose bubbling up and bursting. And with the "grumbling" noise, I didn't know the turbo was junk but also maybe something in the tranny could be going? I had a Probe once that did that and a few days later it just disentigrated all over the road. How's yours shift?

My shift is fine. Nothing wrong with that.

How much would that cost to have my headgasket fixed? Also, my dad recommended me to take it to a machine shop and get it rebuild (how much would this cost)?

Not cheap no matter what unless you can pull the head yourself
