Going 130 on public roads isnt safe in the first place... I havnt personally done it b/c I dont need to go that fast, but there are people out there that have been successful with it..

All you need to remove is a resistor... get a soldering iron and a solder sucker thing... and a pair or tweezers... i did it an it worked

Are you sure your car actually has the power to keep going?

Just take it to someone that has experience. You cand just cut and spllice and not only that this is a very valuable component for your car. Do it once and do it right or do it twice and pay twice as much.

Or even better take a class and learn how to do it and then do it for yourself and others...

okay and the resistor is just the lil black tubes that are circled in that picture on vfaq right? would the bracelet computer tech do the same thing to loose the static? and ya ive gotten up to one thirty on the free way (in the middle of the night) and there are no cars driving around up here in the middle of night in north idaho so im not putting anyone else at danger but me. and ya my car got up to one thirty and i felt it could do more. i was sad that it only went 130 sebba if you have done it that makes me feel like i should be able to do it. did you have any crazy mods on your gst seb? beer sounds good to me too oh wait its 7:20 am dang
