You are removing something that looks exactly like this... all you have to do is turn the board over... heat the 2 contact points.. wait for the solder to go molten... and pull it off. Just dont burn yourself... that sucks

It looks just like that... but the color bands will be different

 

They are Labled R255 and R256. Remove either one (or both) and that should do it.
