I higher stall torque converter is just that instead of the stock one that stalls at...2k, I think. You can get one that stalls at 2.5K and higher (not too high though). So instead of shifting early or at stock shifts, it will shift at higher RPMs. The shift kit will allow for a quicker shift instead of the softer, slower shift. The LSD is a limited slip differential. This is just how it sounds, it helps to keep the wheels from slipping and thus more traction....kind of like AWD minus the other two wheels, lol.

so i can understand why the shift kit and the stall converter would be a good add on but is the lsd a must or is that just somthing that you recomend for more raceing applications. this car probly wont ever hit the track that is why i am asking if that $1200 part is needed.
