i was looking aroung on the net and found lots of flywheels and clutches for awd's and a significant amount less for fwd's. well what i was wondering what is the differances if any from the awd clutches and flywheels to the fwd flywheels. i know the main diff the 6/7bolt but is there any other than that?
Also i was looking into a diff clutch from oem. and was wondering what your suggestions were? i was thinking a stage 3 since it can hold the power i will be at by summer but still be smooth enough for a dd. i am running right around 260hp an 240flbs right now an when i swap the head an pistons will be at around 350hp and 300-310ftlbs on low boost.
in your experiance what are your suggestions?

 

i think they might be balanced differently, not sure about that tho. but if they are, and you put the AWD one on a FWD, your car will shake a lot

 

ACT 2600 for the clutch.

The reason for the clutch being more is because there is more material.

 

for the clutch there is NO difference between the fwd and awd for any 4g63 from 90-99.
