Default Best way to go about polishing a 1g bov

I have noticed that some people have polished 1g bovs I was wondering what is the best way to go about doing that yourself?

ill have to geta pic of mine, i cheated. , bead blasted it with a really fine glass media then clear coat

if you have a drimmel with a cord you can use the polish wheels w/compound and it should go quicker
