Default My new toys :)

Got my new parts installed today! Turbo XS BOV and MBC running 15lbs. Now before anyone says anything, yes i know i am venting and i'm not suppose to but i need to get my fix of that nice pshhhhh for a little while. Then i will recirculate it. Thats the only good place i could find to mount the mbc, where do you guys mount them?

My friend has that in his gst spyder and it vents out, causes his car to studder and stall when coming to a stop. He had to add spacers to help with it. Hope u dont get that issue.

My MBC is on the far left bolt. Let me see if I can find a pic...nice valve cover btw.
You can kind of see my black Hallman on the left corner of the radiator.

i heard that if you make a recir tube out of metal, because of the acustics in it, its suppose to make a nice loud pshhh sound...thats what i heard anyway.

Somewhat true, acousticly anyway. A thin aluminum(?) tube would likely create a sound more pleasing to the ear than the stock ABS plastic one.

I did that. My old 1G bov and it was louder than with the rubber tube.

Dusty - Yes i did plug the hole on the other end of the recirculation tube.
Silver - Thanks and ill have to try mounting it over there and see if i can get it to work. When i tried it today the coolant bottle was giving me problems
I really don't have any problems with stumbling or it wanting to die. It idles just like normal and nothing different with the shifts like stumbling or anything. I mean i know its running rich it just doesn't show it. Just like the old stocker recirculated minus the boost leak.....
