just be careful about reusing the gasket, and yeah that 40 dollars was at o'reillys, it's for the 4g63, my friend with the 420a told me he paid 20... i hate that.

I would suggest getting a new gasket... You will just run into leaks trying to reuse the one you already have on there, and thats if you can get it off in 1 piece..

you have a 420a or 4g63? i have a spare 420a valve cover if you want it. 20 bucks + shipping. cheap.
