Because their is a law that regulates blinker speed, ever wonder why every car has the same blinker speed? Their is a reason for that... also its pretty stupid to modify a blinker. I mean really why would you want to?

Actually Preludes come stock with a faster blinker rate, and I know of many others that do as well. There is no law that regulates it, and a lot of people think it looks a lot better when its faster.

Blinker Speed is just kind of one of those understood settings that all manufactures follow, just like your bolt pattern, there not a law saying you have to have so many lugs so far apart.
