Default Blinker Switch Problem

On my 98 spyder the blicker switch works fine in the down posistion to turn left , but when pushing up you must hold the Blink Stalk to keep it blinking ?

Do i need to replace Blinker Stalk ?

Remove the stalk and check for broken pieces of plastic...I've been there and done that. Not saying that my fix is your fix, but it sounds oh so familiar.
