i just bought the evo 5 front bumper for my car with the blitz side skirts and blitz rear. im just wondering where i can find the lights that go in the front bumper (the big circle lights on the kit). this kits going on a 99 eclipse gs oz-racing edition. if anyone knows of any major mods that im going to discover while doing this, some insight would be great. thx.

 

Probably just measure the size whole and go to any performance shop with the specs and they should be able to find you something. You looking for fog lights or something diffrerent?

 

id say they are at least 8 inches and im lookin for somethin that is real bright because im hookin em up to a switch. i dont want anthing tooo drastic but bright enough to blind someone that pisses me off. im located in southern maryland and there really arent that many performance shops around here at all. ive been looking online and im still comin up with nothing. but i am going to try some of these shops around here and see what happens. if you hear of anything else though, please let me know. thx.

yea i went to the one shop remotely in my area (hour and a half away) and he said he would have to special order them for like $150-$200....so if you can come up with somethin better than that please let me know. thx again

 

You might be able to find some nice hellas or something to fit in there. Also call the company who makes the bumper and see if they have anything they know fits.

Hey JoJo, I stopped in the other day and the guy said he could get 7" no problem and proabably 8" if he looked hard. They would be between $80 and $90. He said your main concern would be mounting though. He said you should jack up the front of the car and look for where you could fabricate a bracket. Due to removing the factory bumper and putting a aftermarket there probably wount be a mount. So he said check that out and head to Home Depot and see what you can make. I may even be able to get him to ship irect to you, if you're interested. That way you feel more comfortable about giving a stranger money.
