So i finally installed my HKS ssqv with the upper intercooler pipe upgrade and i have the recirculation kit on it (97 Gst) and its not that much louder when it shoots off than the stock bov! Is this normal for this bov too not be loud with the recirulation kit. Is there a way too adjust the HKS or not. BTW im running stock boost on my 14b stock turbo... is that an issue? question...what is the factory boost psi? Ive heard 6 all the way up to 12psi? thanks.

 

if you have a 97 the turbo is a t25 (t-too-small) not a 14b. the stock bost is around 11-12psi. It wil not be loud with a recirc tube. If you want it louder you could rep[lace that recirc tube with ametal tube. Dont take it off though, it may be louder, but you wil sacrifice performance
