so what do i do?do i loosen it or what?

 

i would try loosening it a bit

 

on mine eclipse i had to loosen it a bit because i am pretty much stock at the moment so it was pretty far in the soft range. if it was to hard it seamed to hold alot of boost after it let it out, made it difficult to accelorate.
