and would that bolt up to the stock manifold? and work with the big 16g it looks to me like it would

 

no thats where to wastegate vents thru, to the air which is why its so loud.

And i believe this is a stock mitsubishi housing style so yes it will bolt right up to your turbo and downpipe

that isnt the turbo, thats the BOV. You have to be vented to have that happen. And without a standalone system you cant do it without doing harm

 

ya i remember that but how is that so loud while hes not moving is it just a difference between motors. right not im still vta havent gotten my recirculating bov on yet and mine doesnt make that sound. i just love how hes barely on the throttle and lets of then its just that sweet sound. i really like it i know its ricey it doesnt have to be that loud just something when im not moving. my bov is loud when im under load but not when im idling. could this maybe be another sign of boost leak?

 

i dont know maybe im trying to do something impossible but i can add it in with my dreams of owning a supra. how hard do you think adding that o2 housing would be like 1-10 maybe a 4?

 

itsa combination of things, the type of BOV, the ammount of boost being built and the system itself. But the dsm just doesnt make that much noise. Here is more of a dsm vented. Its kinda a gay video but its the best i could find

so i see i have a big loud bov like that but those have adjustable spring settings is that why its so easy for them to open under such low boost? i dont have any money right now but i cant wait to get some hard piping fmicand recirculate the bov it will be awesome. i cant believe these guys would do this to a gst. horrible owners out there abused it so bad. i got rid of that ugly blitz bumper back to stock like it so much better. thanks te for that vid if im wrong about that spring setting lemme know. my new bov has and adjustment like that so thats my guess.

 

ya.. That video you posted isnt that bad te.. Its cool how you can actually see the air coming out of the type s bov. That supra is too noisy in my opinion.. That would get annoying. A buddy of mine has the hks bov, and I think it sounds much better then the greddy one I got..

 

ya that supra is pretty loud and barely revs i know im not keeping my bov i just cant wait to get all my new stuff on there and sell the car to my girlfirend and my either a gsx or evo. those are my options. do you guys like gsx's better than like a 300zx or 240sx or another turbo rwd?
