Default Buying a '98 Eclipse... Need Advice!!!

I am a heartbeat away from purchasing a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Turbo and I am not the most knowledgeable individual when it comes to cars in general which is why I am posting about it here to see how much you guys think it's worth or that I should pay for it.

This is how I would describe it's condition:

The vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history. The vehicle has some cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in good running condition. There are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. The interior is in good condition.

i would test drive it and see how it handles in ways of not just turning, but also the clutch and how it shifts, anything like that sort, before considering it.

i would like to see engine bay pics too. And i dont understand why a person with a turbo car and mods doesnt even put the mods list in there. Other than a turbo timer and a BOV. But a mods list definetly is needed to tell you an accurate price. But if i was to throw something out there. I would say around 8k at most. But that can change depending on the mods.

I'll see if I can get those up here. Thanks for throwing a number out there though since it gives me an idea of what I'm dealing with here (btw I'm getting it for much less than 8k).
