Default buying my first eclipse

ok so ive been looking at eclipses for a while and finally have enough money to buy one. i been lookin at ads nd i just want some friendly advise as to what i should look for or stay away from buget is 4000

What are your plans? 2g eclipses came in several versions rs, gs, gs-t, and gsx.

im lookin in to gettin a gs or a gst based on my budget...i plan on doing what ever needs to be done to get it to near paerfect running condition not really looking for extreme prformance upgrades just yet

I think from what i experienced with my first eclipse, you should get one that the previous owner hasn't done much to it. Better if its all stock. Now I'm having problems because of what the previous owner did. Also I dont really recommend an RS. You should get a GS or up.

I'd pick a gst over a gs. Find one thats totally stock and not rusted out.
