Alright I own a 98 GS and just rebuilt the motor. We put the wiring harness back in but can find where one of the connectors goes near the throttle body/intake manifold area. Its exactly the same as the coil pack and cam position sensor plug. If anyone knows, please let me know. I have been stumped for the past 4 days. It does run without it, too.

After talking to one of the techs where I intern, he told me it goes to the vehicle speed senor. I couldn't find it because it was buried waayyyy down below.
