Unhappy Car Does nothing- Swapped everything

I have a 1995 Eclipse RS n/t that I just swapped everything in, Motor, tranny, all the wiring, motor and tranny had different connectors, mine didn't have cruise, power locks ect. well now after all that has been done it won't crank, when I turn the key you can hear the fuel pump kick on but that is it, no clicks or anything. Please help I forgot to put that the wiring harness came out of a 1996 RS
Update: The car will start if manually started using the screwdriver to starter method, but that is the only way, where is the starter relay or could it be something else?

okay the first thing is to go over all of your grounds and wire connections especially the connections that go to the ignition that send the signal to the starter solenoid after this get back to me because im going to run you through a no start list from all-data starter relay is located in the under hood fuse box

Ok I narrowed it down to a relay under the radio, when I put a jumper wire in it the car starts, I took the relay out of my old harness and it still doesn't work. I know it used to because the car started find a week ago. I am thinking about just leaving the jumper in there unless you know what is causing it to blow the relay?
