Default RE: car wont start conclusion

I would start by simply making sure the timing belt is in time. If its not, inspect the belt for any major damage or missing teethput it in where its supposed to be, even use the old belt just to try it then see if it has compression. If it does start it up. You may have just jumped the belt a few teeth. If it dont knock, / smoke / rattle, runs good then replace the belt and tensioner. in any engine with no compression on all 4 you start by checking the belt / cam timing.
I didnt mean to fly off the handle and make a 5 million word post i just get tired of shops raping people in the *** and feeding them complete bull**** off the top of their head.
Keep your oil full and changed oftenEvrything requires maintenace.
If you need a how to on checking your timing belt VFAQ website has all kinds of stuff like that or PM me and ill give you some decent instrustions and pictures if you need them on checking it out.
