Chip
You'd waste your money on chips. The step-up would an air-fiel controller such as an Apexi SAFC or HKS SAFR. Both actually let YOU tune the air/fuel mixture, which will help when you install an aftermarket intake or exhaust. These controllers don't come cheap though, each cost about $200 now. They are a worthwhile investment if you plan on modifying your car later on. Off the shelf chip don't really work....they just have good marketing schemes. Like there "Dyno comparisons".....who would dyno test a '87 Dodge Dart to see if it gained 15hp?
