Default Chips

So I was supporting the site and clicking on ads here and wound up on a site about chips. I started searching on dsm tuners and noticed a lot of people raving about keydiver chips (dsmchips).

Is this worth getting? I read a little write up about a switch that lets you run two maps which I thought was kinda cool. Thoughts on that?

I'm not thinkin of doing this right away, but since what I read had a lot of info I had no idea about, I figured I should ask and research now.

Thanks

i prefer DSMlink,if you ever change anything you just dial it in,instead of having to get the chip retuned.

it all depends one what ur doing with ur car... if ur racing it and changing the type of fuel you're putting in it then dsmlink would be good... but if ur lookin for a simple, much cheaper set-up then go with the chip

Sk8 do you still have an SAFC with the chip r a logger? I heard the chip can work with or without the SAFC. Do you guys know anyone running the dual switch setup?

I guess I was looking at this coz I as thinking of replacing my ECU since it seems my AC is shot. So I figured maybe I would get one chipped. I guess I can understand wha feonix is saying, but if I replaced the ecu I could send in the newer one to get retuned and dump my old one in and run it roughly off the SAFC. Does that make sense?

sup brother.. yeah I have the stage 3 chip. It runs better than it ever did stock... I also run the safc because the high maps tend to run a little rich. If you have any questions pm me.

DSM Link can't change some things that the chip can.

I recomend both.
