no cold air intakes for a 97gst unless you drill a huge hole through metal. buy a k&n filter and adapter for $80 and thats all you need. You can also build a custom sheet metal cold air box around the filter like I did to keep the temps lower.

As you can see in the pic the filter is jammed in a rock and a hard place with no way to suck cold air.

you can drill a hole under the filter and send a custom pipe down there if you want. i didnt dot hat because if i ever plan to go back to stock i will have a huge hole where the stock airbox goes. instead you can also make a custom sheet metal enclosure around the filter and it keeps the hot under the hood air a lot cooler arouund the filter.
