Default Cranking but not starting issue

Hey Guys could use some real help on this, I have a 1996 Eclipse RS and it is cranking but not starting. I've replaced the Starter, ignition coil, ECM, spark plugs, spark plug wires, Fuel pump and ASD relays. Now a curious thing happened I replaced my Ignition switch fuse and my car started once and didn't again. I checked the fuse and isn't blown. And with the key in the on position I get a 12v reading on the fuse terminal. So could it be something is shorting after the fuse gets hit? Please Help I need my car for work.

Default solution

Yeah I was getting fuel but no spark, I traced my wiring and found out that the pigtail connectors for the ecm was messed up. I was getting signal out from my ecm but not to ignition coil. I bought the pigtail connectors at a junk yard wired em up and it started without a problem.
