Anyone know wether the JAPANESE version of the '95 Eclipse is prone to crankwalk or is it just the US version ?

Imimporting a Japan version to Denmark but a vorried about the problem with CW, how do i tell if the engine is a 7 or 6 bolt version ?

 

As far as I know, there is no difference in the motors...they are all japanese...with the exception of the Chrystler motor

and what kind of car is it? RS, GS, GST, GSX?????
RS AND GS have 420a and are not prone to CW

 

The JDM cars are different the reason the 7 bolt motors here have trouble is because Chryster actually built them not mitsu

 

all eclipses wer built in IL anyways

 

its a japanese import 1995 Eclipse GS-T. it IS NOT FROM THE US factory.

You can only tell by the number of bolts on the flywheel. Im pretty sure that ALL eclipses were made in the US and shipped off to Japan. I thought exactly the same as you and i was proven wrong by multiple people.
