Default difference between big16g/Evo3 big16g

So what is the difference between these two, besides the price of course =P
Since my t-25 is beyond dead I currently have enough cash saved up to buy my self a new turbo
i just wanted to know what the difference between them are and if the evo3 is worth the extra cash

What is good to know is that the EVO316G flows 550CFMs where the Big16G flows 505CFMs

I am suggesting the Evo316G..I'm not saying for you to get it, I'm just suggesting it

on thefp website it says it has the big16g has a flow rating of 550cfm....FP Big16G

so if this is true, then would there be any other differances?

Maybe it was the small 16 that was 505cfm. I found the same info at EPSI too.
Big16

EVO316

So I will retract my previous statement and amend it with these.
small 16g 34lbs
big 16g 36lbs
evo3 16g 44lbs
This is most likely what I was thinking of
Flow is always a biggie for me and turbos and the EVO316 will flow 8lbs more than the big16.
However; to get full capabilities of the E316, you will either have to hog port your 2G o2 housing or get an E3 o2 housing and if you plan on running lowering than 18psi, be sure not to get the larger flapper. If you plan to run below that, get the 34mm flapper to tame boost creep. The E316's are known for boost creep at lower boost levels.

Thats why you save yourself some money by porting it yourself...

Supposebly some people I have talked, buying a sanding stone (i think thats is) at a local car parts store, you can do it yourself. But might take a couple days... LOL! But worth it i suppose.

ok so another question,
would you rather go with a Ported 16g with 34mWG or an Unported evo3 16g?
what exactly does porting a turbo do, and is it really noticable?

I would take the EVO III with a 34mm gate. Porting helps with spool time...
