When I replaced my exhaust on my 95 RS, I specifically checked for an o2 sensor after the cat, there was none. There was a bung on my new exhaust for one, but not on the old exhaust. I figured it was simply for 96+ until reading in the haynes manual that all models covered in the manual had an upstream AND a downstream 02 sensor.

So yea, any 95 RS owners out there, do you have an 02 after the cat converter? I just have the one on the downpipe, before the cat.
