Ok I got my strut bars and installed them today. The front one seems to be a tight squeez on the hood, is that ok/normal? I mean it's not to bad but when you shut the hood you can tell it is pushing aginst the insulation a bit. But the hood doesn't stick up or anything.

 

I wouldnt worry. Just make sure its not even close to the battery terminals. Might want to wrap that little section in electrical tape.
