The life span is very short on the supercharger. It says it will last 400 seconds a day for (10 second runs) for 24 years. This supercharger has its on toggle switch to turn on and off so you won't always have that boost. Seems pricey for a short lifespan[:-].

Don't bother with that electric supercharger kit, it looks decent as far as not being a scam like the "fans" they sell on ebay which won't produce any actual pressure but not worth all the trouble. You would be better off going turbo especially since there is a stock turbo version of the eclipse, you could build a setup for not too much money if you're mechanically inclined and you shouldn't have trouble getting parts for it. If you'd be willing to go through all the recharging and all of that for the electric supercharger just get a 50 or maybe 75 shot of nitrous. If you do that spend the extra money for a wet kit though.
