i havent gotten a nice look at the engine but i was told that its just the head gasket.

i think i am going to go ahead and get it tuesday.

I would check on the pistons and see if the valves are bent... or if the pistons have marks from valves hitting them.

oh and shouldnt i see if the block is cracked too?

The block wouldnt be cracked from valves hitting pistons.

Post somepics of the car and get some close ups of the pistons and valves if u can.

A cracked block however could be a reason for a blown head gasket...

But if it was because it wasnt timed right you prolly dont have to worry about that..
