Default evo 3 swap into 95 gst

hi everybody,

Im new to thise site, andI need some info.I have a 95 gst and Im trying to drop an evo 3 motor in it. What doI need to do tomake this happen? My 4g63t has a cam and crank sensor and its a seven bolt main. Is the evo 3 a 7 bolt main? Can I use my same wiring harness andecu? Can I use my gst tranny? Any info, web sites or books would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help.

they are basically the same motor. Why would you want to swap the evo motor in?

Damn a seven bolt main huh? that must be the strongest motor ever. The most ive ever seen was a 4 bolt main. My 4g63t was a 2 bolt main. I had a 7 bolt FLYWHEEL but thats about it

So the seven and sixbolt means the #of bolts on the flywheel. ok. wasnt sure. this is my first mitsubishi. So whats the differences between the gst and the evo 3 if they are practically the same motor. And my main consern is the crank sensor and cam position sensors. will the car start without them????????
