Can you buy the flapper seperate? I will be running 16 for a while. I have the 32mm right now.

My next upgrade will be SAFC NEO

If I bought this how do you go about installing it? DO I just grind off the vaulve that is in there and install the new one? Or do I have to port the wastegate out?

This is what I found from another board for ya.
16g-95GSX

Please tell me you took off the turbine housing and ported it as well? That step is too much to leave there especially if you were porting the wastegate hole anyway for the new flapper.
I have this flapper and installed it myself. Easy, and yes it completely eliminated my boost creep entirely, and I had it bad. Just remove the turbine housing using the band clamp on the center cartridge, then with a die grinder grind the old wastegate off, keeping the washer. Then spot weld the new flapper on. Then port the wastegate hole to correctly match the new wastegate. While doing this, it would be a good idea to make the chamber leading to the wastegate hole inside the turbine housing flat. That way it will "catch" the gases better. Just think of fluid dynamics, it'll work nicer and allow you to lose that much more creep. And please for god sakes port the turbine housing while you are at it .

sounds pretty easy! I ordered it from slowboy today, it won't be here until the 3rd tho. I will let you guys know how it goes.

I had another question about porting the turbo.... When porting the turbo do I need to take any precations for the pieces of metal going everywhere or can I just blow it out with an air compressor when done?

Ok so I was wondering this...

Should I take the time to port out the exhaust manifold and O2 housing or should I just but the EVO III O2 housing and something like a FP Exhaust manifold? Keep in mind that I want to keep cost to a minimum.

Get the J-pipe a nipple for your BOV. You can get a nipple welded on at a muffler shop. If you plan on running under 18psi for some time, get the 34mm flapper and port the chamber. E316Gs are known to creep at low psi.
Oh and good find
What did you mean by get the j pipe a nipple for the BOV, what will that do? and why?

If you 16g doesn't already come with a nipple for the BOV's boost source, then it would be a good idea to have one, either on the compressor housing itself or the J pipe. The J pipe is the I/C piping that is bolted onto the compressor housing and goes to the intercooler.
The benefit is that the configuration is set up like stock and releases pressure once the turbo gets to a preset amount of pressure instead of the intercooler piping. This keeps the turbo from spikes.
