Dude the lag is hardly there on those turbos lol. It shouldnt even be a concurn. I dont hitfull boost till like 4100 with the 50trim the 16G prob hits full boost at what? 2800-3000 that is hardly lag these days lol.

ya my 16g spools very nicely at least full on 14psi around 3100 rpms even when i stuff third i get full boost by 4,000 rpm. ya just be glad you dont have a 50 trim. that lags
