It's more of a pain in the *** than anything. Time is the biggest factor.

Wet compression test was 180 on all cylinders.. Now what?

That just shows you have wear on the engine. It isn't a big deal in this case since the service limit is 100psi on these engines, and all your numbers are consistent.

So running the car like this isn't going to do any more damage? Is there any temporary fixes that doesn't involve tearing it apart? I know additives are frowned on by a lot of people, but is there anything that may help in this situation?

It won't harm the motor unless you burn enough oil to run it dry, so check it regularly.

Nothing but replacing them will help.

You might be able to narrow the issue down with a little observation. Simply pull the spark plugs, and see if any are darker than the rest. If you see a greyish plug, and then a black oily plug, the black one is your problem cylinder.

I have checked all the plugs and they look good. That's why I've never thought anything of the valve seals. I had the head redone on an old prelude for valve seals, when I seen the smoke it was my first thought. And as for checking my oil, I haven't had to add any. Granted I have only driven it for a total of 5-6 months. It has been parked since january.
