Arrow fan not turning on .
Another problem. Need help with fans. I did some checking.and fans work with direct 12v but donot switch on. Any advice on what to check. Thanks.

The radiator fan wires were cut. Black/red and black. Cannot find were originally go. Any help please..
1998 eclipse rs. Auto.
