Ok, here is my problem</P>


My fans don't work, this means everything. my AC, fan, defrosters. nothing like that is working just outof nowhere. Now,there is one thing that might have caused this that I can think of. I had a license plate under my seat that I tugged out and it pulled on a wire a little bit under my seat. I can't remember if the fans were working before that, but could this be the cause?</P>


I guess my main question is, are there any fan related wires or anything under the driver's side seat on a 2001 Eclipse?? If so then I can probably fix it. If not.... how much is a repair bill on something like this?</P>


Everything else about the car works fine.</P>

Have you checked your fuses? I'm not sure about the setup in a 3g, but in a 2g all the fans are powered by a fuse in the engine fusebox. That's all I can think of right now. Hopefully, that's the problem, otherwise it may cost you quite a bit to get the problem pinned down and then fixed.
