Default Front bumper

Well, first off I'd like to introduce myself since I'm new to the forum. I just turned 18 and I've finally got my first car . It's an 1995 Eclipse GS, all stock.

I'm going to be doing MOSTLY only A/V and body work to this car (for now at least). I like the front bumper style of the 1997-99 Eclipses more than I like the 1995.

I was just wondering whether or not the front bumper of the 97-99 models would fit on my 95.

Could I change them to some aftermarket headlights and have it fit?

I was also wondering if I could use the original mounting hardware, or would I have to change that out as well?

From what I know... yes the 97-99 will fit because it has one extra inch apparatenly on the bumper itself. You will definitely have to adjust the headlights a bit like 99clipsgst has said.

I was looking for a 96 bumper for my 98 eclipse and i was told that it wouldn't have fit because of that one-inch difference.
