I was wondering for the front mount intercoolers like Greddy do u have to change your stock IC piping or does it just reroute it? because im getting new intercooler piping to mount my bov but planning on gettin a fmic this fall when i park my car

 

You must upgrade your piping when going to a front mount intercooler. Get that black plastic crap out of there, it'll look much better anyways.

 

No, you dont have to change the upper IC pipe where the BOV goes, a front mount will not interfere witht hat in any way, but yes you do want to change that anyway because its the most restricive pipe under your hood. When you buy a front mount it comes with all necessary piping and hooks up to the upper IC pipe you are talking about

 

IF you get the full front mount you'll have to get the Greddy BOV to fit your upper pipe.

 

i have the big greddy font mount kit and did NOT have to change my upper IC pipe or my BOV ( i have an hks ssqv) the greddy piping hooked right up to my current upper ic pipe...

 

Did you get the upper IC pipe, too?
