I dunno there ARE a few people out there that can do it with no harm... Hex for SOME people it'd do quite a bit of good...
agreed but exhaust wise it hurts

Couldnt of said it better and not to be a dick but 1.) your constricting your engines ability to release excess gas at a normal rate and 2.) its sounds like to me like haveing a smaller diamater piping system would make that ever so lovely high pitched sound that gives us all a bad name. **Cough** Civics Blow **Cough**

Not if you have a proper muffler. It's all a matter of resonance.
