Fuel Filter Location?

Does anyone know wehre the fuel filter on a 1998 GSX is located? is it in the fuel tank or is external? and where i can locate it?

its under the battery bolted to the fire wall i believe

I have one on the pass. side frame rail next to the tank where the floor pan goes up.

but you have a 420a its different...

Why on earth would you have SAFC with a 420a? I guess to get more power from your mods... but not very cost effective.

PS, great job on your interior with the SAFC housing and the dash.
