i have a 96 gsx and i am not getting fuel for some reason. my engine cranks over and over. after i cranked it over i took out the sparkplug and smelled the plug and the whole and they did not smell like gas at all. i tested the ignition coils and they have power and when i put the car in the on position i can hear the fuel pump. what should i try next?

i dont know what was wrong with it i sprayed some starter fluid on it and it started right up??????

 

disconnect the fuel line where it goes into fuel rail and turn it over see if any fuel comes out. If it dose not try it before the fuel filter still no gas it might be fuel pump.
