sure if you're gettin it for cheap... make sure you get it honed out and maybe even steam cleaned before you do anything

i just bought a 1995 gst and it has a stage 3 turbo kit on it. i was wondering how much boost is it safe to push through it. i havnt gotten ahold of the original owner to see what other mods are on it so idk what it can hadle...

That still doesn't mean that it's all true. There is some truth to it, but who's to say that all of the models that were checked weren't mostly 2GBs? That would definitley raise the % of 97-99 models, wouldn't you think? I'm sorry, but I would listen to the wisemen over there at Tuner's before I listen to some guy that just offers numbers without accurately adding in how many of each year car he's seen c/w happen in. Not to mention the fact that the thread is over 6 years old.

What are the installed mods and we don't do stages here, you'll have to break that down for us; as in, what do you have that makes it a stage 3?
